Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of SmartersVOD
Changes to the App and Services
SmartersVOD is committed to making the Smarters VOD app as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly explaining what you’re paying for.

User Responsibilities

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. SmartersVODÂ is not responsible for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.

This may include charges for data usage or other third-party charges, including roaming charges if you use the app outside of your home territory. You are responsible for any such charges. SmartersVODÂ cannot be held responsible for the app’s performance in situations where you use the app in a way that it was not intended or when your device fails to function (e.g., running out of battery). We strive to ensure that the app is updated and accurate, but we rely on third-party sources for information and cannot accept liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality.
Updates and Termination
We may update the Smarters VOD app periodically. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and system requirements may change. You will need to download updates to keep using the app. SmartersVODÂ does not guarantee that the app will always work with the Android or iOS version installed on your device. We may also terminate the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights and licenses will end, and you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
